Sign up for 37X and create your first site. Once your site is created, click to manage the site and then navigate to tools > affiliate link generator. You can view the product catalog for your site in the product management section and copy links directly from there. We highly recommend that you publish and connect the site to your own custom domain before generating links. Most networks pay between 14 to 90 days after conversion, so with 37x's payout window added, expect payouts between 44–120 days in total. Some partners also require minimum thresholds before payouts are released.
